It is with genuine pride that I will soon celebrate 5 years at MDA National.

Here, from the top down, there is a strong culture of inclusiveness, solid optimism, experience and professionalism, an organisation of good people, dedicated to supporting and protecting our Members and ensuring their “peace of mind”.

I have found working as a Medico-Legal Advisor in an organisation that lives and promotes its values tremendously satisfying.

I chose to work for MDA National because of its reputation as a ‘more than just insurance’ support for its members and found that MDA National’s supportive and caring culture also extends to its employees.

MDA National constantly evolves to offer more and more value to its membership base year on year.

There is a feel-good factor about working for an organisation which at its heart wants to be able to help and protect those individuals whose job it is to help and protect everyday people just like myself.

I can honestly say that MDA National promotes a culture where staff are treated as individuals and assets rather than just numbers.
