General help for accessing the MDA National website?

It might be a local issue with your computer or device. To help you out, we’ve put together a set of simple troubleshooting tips to fix common problems and optimise your system for better website performance. For the best browsing experience, we recommend using Google Chrome. While other browsers may still work, Chrome provides the best combination of speed, security, and full feature support for a smoother experience on our site.

Troubleshooting Tips

  1. If your computer is unable to sync the time correctly, ensure your internet connection is active.
  2. If you are traveling across time zones, manually update the time zone and check your system’s settings again.
  3. For Windows, ensure that Windows Time service is running by searching for Services in the Start menu and checking the Windows Time service.
  1. Clearing the cache will log you out of websites, so be sure you know your login credentials.
  2. If clearing the cache does not solve issues, try restarting the browser or your computer.
  3. For persistent browser issues, consider resetting the browser settings to default or updating the browser to the latest version.
  1. Make sure your device’s software is up to date to ensure optimal performance, security, and compatibility with websites.
  2. Regular software updates can address bugs, improve system stability, and include security patches.
  1. Android Devices - Web performance on Android devices varies due to different manufacturers and hardware specifications. Older devices or those running outdated software may struggle with modern web technologies, leading to slower load times or compatibility issues. Keeping the device updated is key for better performance and compatibility
  2. Apple Devices - While all Apple devices run iOS or iPadOS, older models may experience slower browsing due to hardware limitations or outdated software. Regular updates are essential for improved performance, security, and compatibility with modern websites.
