Working effectively in a team is inherent to supporting good patient outcomes and developing positive relationships with peers and senior colleagues. The reality is this can be a challenge due to the daily demands and workplace stressors unique to the medical profession.

Designed for early career doctors, this session will assist you to:

  • develop your skills in building positive working relationships to benefit patient care
  • explore what you can do to effect engagement in your team
  • recognise and understand the impact of disruptive behaviour and how to respond appropriately.

This workshop is complimentary for MDA National Members. Space permitting, others may register and attend for a fee.
