  • Highlights risks that pose a potential threat to patient safety and satisfaction with your care and ways to minimise them.
  • After working through the handbook, complete an action plan to help you address areas of risk.
  • Professional development recognitions apply, see table below.

    • Medical practice (information is relevant to all medical practices).
