Terms and Conditions

  1. Information on how to enter this competition forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. Entry into this competition is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  2. The promotion is being run by the MDA National Insurance Pty Ltd (‘MDA National Insurance’) ABN 56 058 271 417 of Level 3, 88 Colin Street, West Perth WA 6005, Australia, phone 1800 011 255. MDA National Insurance is a wholly owned subsidiary of MDA National Limited ABN 67 055 801 771 (together the ‘MDA National Group’).
  3. Entry is open to members and non-members - Medical Interns (‘Eligible Entrant’).
  4. The promotion commences at 9am (AEST) on 13 October 2025 and ends at End Time (AEST) on 28 February 2025.
  5. During the promotion, new or existing members of MDA National will receive either a printed “Intern Toolkit” if at a face to face event, or a digital Intern Toolkit if applying for membership online.
  6. The MDA National Group and its respective officers and employees will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect or consequential loss) which is suffered or sustained in connection with this competition, the promotion of this competition or the use of any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
  7. The MDA National Group is not responsible for any late, lost, incorrectly submitted, delayed, ineligible, incomplete or misdirected application whether due to error or otherwise.
  8. Application entry details remain the property of MDA National Insurance. Applicants / entrants consent to MDA National Insurance using the contact details provided in connection with their MDA National Insurance policy for the purposes of facilitating the conduct of the promotion.   9. Where the promotion is communicated and/or conducted via a social media platform (including, but not limited to, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and/or X, entrants acknowledge that use of social media platforms are subject to their terms and conditions of use.
  10. The promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered, or associated with any social media platform.
  11. If for any reason any aspect of this competition is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the MDA National Group, MDA National Insurance may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway and invalidate any affected applications / entries, or suspend or modify the Intern Toolkit, subject to State or Territory regulation.
