1. Information on how to enter this competition forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. Entry into this competition is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Entry is open to medical students who have graduated since November 2025 and commencing their 2026 internship in Western Australia, who, at a face-to-face Intern Orientation Week (IOW) event, either register as a new MDA National member or, if they were previously a student member, update their membership details (‘Eligible Entrant’).
4. The competition commences at 11:00am (AWST) on Monday 5 January 2026 and ends at 1:30pm (AWST) on Thursday 8 January 2026.
5. The prize consists of eight, $450 Crown Perth gift voucher, total value $3,600.
6. The prize will be drawn at 10:00am (AWST) on Monday 19 January 2026 at Level 3 88 Colin Street West Perth 6005.
7. The result is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner(s) will be awarded their prize on the day of draw or contacted by email within five days of the draw date to arrange delivery of their prize.
8. The prize winners must, on request by MDA National Insurance, be able to provide evidence which, to the reasonable satisfaction of MDA National Insurance, demonstrates that the winner is an Eligible Entrant and has complied with these Terms and Conditions.
9. The winners will be given one month to claim their prize. If in this time the prize is not claimed, then a redraw will take place at Level 3 88 Colin Street West Perth 6005 at 10:00am (AWST) on Monday 16 February 2026 with the winner(s) notified in writing.
10. The prize(s) will be deemed unclaimed if MDA National’s reasonable attempts to contact the winner via email and telephone during normal work hours of Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm (AEST) are unsuccessful. Redraws will follow the same process until a successful claim is made.
11. The prize(s) must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the winner(s) are unable to use the prize(s) as stated. The prize(s) are not transferable to another person (unless agreed by MDA National Insurance) or exchangeable for other goods and services and cannot be redeemed as cash.
12. The MDA National Group and its respective officers and employees will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect or consequential loss) which is suffered or sustained in connection with this competition, the promotion of this competition or the use of any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
13. The MDA National Group is not responsible for any late, lost, incorrectly submitted, delayed, ineligible, incomplete or misdirected entry whether due to error or otherwise.

The name of the winner(s) may be used for promotional purposes by the MDA National Group, unless the winner otherwise notifies the MDA National Group at the time of accepting his/her prize. 6. The prize will be drawn on Friday 30 January 2026 at Level 9 412 St Kilda Road, Melbourne VIC 3004.
7. The result is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner(s) will be awarded their prize on the day of draw or contacted by email within five days of the draw date to arrange delivery of their prize.
