AMA WA Dual Diploma Sponsorship Offer Sep 2025
- Information on how to enter this competition forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. Entry into this competition is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- The competition is being run by the MDA National Insurance Pty Ltd (‘MDA National Insurance’) ABN 56 058 271 417 of Level 3, 88 Colin Street, West Perth WA 6005, Australia, phone 1800 011 255. MDA National Insurance is a wholly owned subsidiary of MDA National Limited ABN 67 055 801 771 (‘MDA National’)(together the ‘MDA National Group’).
- Entry is open to medical practitioners who are members of both MDA National and AMA(WA) and reside in Western Australia. (‘Eligible Entrant’).
- Eligible Entrants must complete and submit an Expression of Interest application form at: https://go.mdanational.com.au/l/1063642/2025-08-29/3w1k9tv
- All questions on the Expression of Interest form must be answered.
- The competition commences at 9am (AWST) on Monday 8 September 2025 and ends at 11.59pm (AWST) on 12 December 2025.
- The prize consists of two fully-sponsored Dual Diploma of Practice Management (HLT57715) and Leadership Management (BSB50420) courses valued at $5,650. Total prize valued at $11,300.
- The two prize winners will be selected by two judges representing MDA National Group and the AMA(WA) based on the answers to the questions in the Expression of Interest. The judges will consider motivation, role and alignment with course goals.
- A final decision will be made 2pm (AWST) on Tuesday 16 December 2025 at Level 3 88 Colin Street, West Perth WA 6005.
- The result is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winners will be contacted by email and mobile within 5 days of the draw date to arrange delivery of their prize.
- The prize winners must, on request by MDA National Insurance, be able to provide evidence which, to the reasonable satisfaction of MDA National Insurance, demonstrates that the winner is an Eligible Entrant and has complied with these Terms and Conditions.
- The winners will be given 21 Days to claim their prize. If in this time the prize is not claimed then judges with review the entries and advise the next best winner. The winners will be notified in writing and published on the MDA National website.
- The prizes will be deemed unclaimed if MDA National’s reasonable attempts to contact the winners via email and telephone during normal work hours of Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm(AWST) are unsuccessful.
- The prizes must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the winners are unable to use the prizes as stated. The prizes are not transferable to another person (unless agreed by MDA National Insurance) or exchangeable for other goods and services and cannot be redeemed as cash.
- The MDA National Group and its respective officers and employees will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect or consequential loss) which is suffered or sustained in connection with this competition, the promotion of this competition or the use of any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
- The MDA National Group is not responsible for any late, lost, incorrectly submitted, delayed, ineligible, incomplete or misdirected entry whether due to error or otherwise.
- Entry details remain the property of MDA National Insurance. The name of the winners may be used for promotional purposes by the MDA National Group, unless the winner otherwise notifies the MDA National Group at the time of accepting his/her prize. Eligible Entrants consent to MDA National Insurance using the contact details provided in connection with their MDA National Insurance policy for the purposes of facilitating the conduct of the competition and awarding any prizes. - Where the competition is communicated and/or conducted via a social media platform (including, but not limited to, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and/or X (formerly Twitter), entrants acknowledge that use of social media platforms are subject to the platforms’ terms and conditions of use.
- The competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered, or associated with any social media platform.
- If for any reason any aspect of this competition is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the MDA National Group, MDA National Insurance may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
