The Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) recently updated its guidance on advertising cosmetic injectables to ensure advertising rules are applied consistently across all industries that deal with therapeutic goods.

The revised guidance on advertising cosmetic injectables is now available on the TGA website. We recommend that Members who may be affected by these changes consider registering for the TGA webinar scheduled for 7pm AEST on Wednesday, 10 April 2024 to ensure compliance with the new rules.
