Risk Identification

New medical technologies, treatments and services are continually being introduced into the health system. From time to time Members may be concerned about how the new modality may impact on their medico-legal risk or their profession in general. The MDA National Clinical Risk Management Committee (CRMC) has introduced the Risk Notification Scheme to assist in the early identification of these risks and the appropriate advice or responses to the risk.

Members of MDA National who have concerns regarding any practice risks they have recently encountered are encouraged to fill out the form below or contact the MDA National Risk Management Team on 1800 011255 or riskmanagement@mdanational.com.au
