HealthCert Skin Cancer Update Terms and Conditions

  1. Information on how to enter this competition forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. Entry into this competition is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  2. The competition is being run by the MDA National Insurance Pty Ltd (‘MDA National Insurance’) ABN 56 058 271 417 of Level 3, 88 Colin Street, West Perth WA 6005, Australia, phone 1800 011 255. MDA National Insurance is a wholly owned subsidiary of MDA National Limited ABN 67 055 801 771 (together the ‘MDA National Group’).
  3. Entry is open to medical practitioners who either update their details or request a quote at the MDA National stand during the HealthCert Skin Cancer Course, Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre on Saturday 23 and Sunday 24 February 2019. (‘Eligible Entrant’).
  4. The competition commences at 8.00am (AEDT) on Saturday 23 February 2019 and ends at 3.30pm (AEDT) on Sunday 24 February 2019.
  5. The prize consists of a Visa gift card valued at $200.
  6. The prize will be drawn at 1.00pm (AEDT) on Tuesday 26 February 2019 at Level 3, 100 Dorcas Street, Southbank VIC 3006.
  7. The result is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner will be contacted by email within five (5) days of the draw date to arrange delivery of their prize. The winner will also be published on mdanational.com.au.
  8. The prize winner must, on request by MDA National Insurance, be able to provide evidence which, to the reasonable satisfaction of MDA National Insurance, demonstrates that the winner is an Eligible Entrant and has complied with these Terms and Conditions.
  9. The winner will be given 3 months to claim their prize. If in this time the prize is not claimed then a redraw will take place at Level 3, 100 Dorcas Street, Southbank Vic 3006 at 1.00pm (AEST) on Tuesday, 28 May 2019 with the winner notified in writing and published on mdanational.com.au.
  10. The prize will be deemed unclaimed if MDA National’s reasonable attempts to contact the winner via email and telephone during normal work hours of Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm (AEDT) are unsuccessful. Redraws will follow the same process until a successful claim is made.
  11. The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to use the prize as stated. The prize is not transferable to another person (unless agreed by MDA National Insurance) or exchangeable for other goods and services and cannot be redeemed as cash or other than as stated in the voucher.
  12. The MDA National Group and its respective officers and employees will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect or consequential loss) which is suffered or sustained in connection with this competition, the promotion of this competition or the use of any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
  13. The MDA National Group is not responsible for any late, lost, incorrectly submitted, delayed, ineligible, incomplete or misdirected entry whether due to error or otherwise.
  14. Entry details remain the property of MDA National Insurance. The name of the winner may be used for promotional purposes by the MDA National Group, unless the winner otherwise notifies the MDA National Group at the time of accepting his/her prize. Eligible Entrants consent to MDA National Insurance using the contact details provided in connection with their MDA National Insurance policy for the purposes of facilitating the conduct of the competition and awarding any prizes.
