Our team can assist you with the drafting and finalisation of responses, statements, or submissions to the Medical Board, Complaints Commission, Medicare Australia, the Coroner and the Police. We also provide advice to Members dealing with complaints or responding to requests for information made by third parties (such as solicitors and insurance companies) and patients.

If a claim is made against you, we will work with you to achieve the best possible outcome. We may instruct external solicitors to act on your behalf if court proceedings are filed and obtain specialist medical opinions.

If you work within the public system, we can provide an independent overview of your position in relation to many legal issues that may arise.
