External Risk Management Activity Pack & Report

If our Risk Management activities are not suited to your individual practice, or you are unable to participate, an ‘external’ risk management activity may meet your PSS requirements. Please download the External Risk Management Activity Pack for further details.

The External Risk Management Activity Pack contains:
  • an explanation of the types of external activities that may qualify as meeting your requirements
  • a number of specialty-specific examples; and
  • an External Risk Management Activity report which you use to submit your chosen external activity to MDA National.

How to Submit?

Important Notice

On completion of a MDA National risk management activity, you will be sent confirmation that your risk management requirements have been met for the purposes of the PSS.

If you receive an advance PSS payment but do not complete the required risk management activity or program within the Premium Period, you will be ineligible for the PSS and will need to repay any advance PSS payment you received.
