Medical Indemnity for Students
As a Medical Student, you may feel that Medical Indemnity cover is something you don't need now but that is not always the case. Having your own insurance cover is worthwhile as it provides you with the security to undertake medical training in situations where you may be exposed to medical negligence claims or investigations.
Through our extensive industry experience and financial responsibility we offer support to medical students by providing FREE student membership and indemnity insurance cover.
Your Medical degree may include some or all of:

- Cover for clinical placements, electives and scholarship placements anywhere in the world (excluding the USA or its territories)
- Access to Independent legal representatives who will act on your behalf
- Cover for professional negligence claims arising from Good Samaritan acts worldwide
- Investigations, including inquiries, disciplinary or administrative proceedings by a Medical Board, Tribunal, Royal Commission, Professional Body or Coronial Court
- Allegations of sexual misconduct or criminal conduct
- Allegations of academic misconduct by you
