A key to our financial stability has been ensuring that realistic subscription rates and premiums are charged.
MDA National is fully transparent and accountable to Members. All liabilities are fully disclosed every year and all financial statements meet the required regulatory standard, AASB Accounting Standard 1023.
MDA National was the first MDO to completely convert membership to claims made and achieved full funding for all liabilities* without making a call on Members for additional funds.
* Including incidents that have occurred but not yet reported (IBNRs) as assessed by our consulting actuaries.
